How do I severely reinforce the rock band drums?

I don't have to much to say, but what I did to mine was put foam on the pads(I hope ur talking about rockband 1), they don't have to hit it very hard, it always misses notes a lot, make sure no wiring is "floating around" under the pads, that happened to mine and it got split, and get wood or cheap metal for the pedal, and if u can try to also figure out a way to cover up the base of the pedal too, that's where mine broke.Also put something under the outside pads, there are very few cheap ways to reinforce the kit, most I know are very expensive.
